Please read these Mivra Mini Program Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") carefully before using mini programs. By accessing or using mini program services on the Mivra platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these Terms, which are legally binding on you.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Mini Program: refers to applications developed and operated by third-party developers based on the open capabilities provided by the Mivra platform.
1.2 Third-Party Developer: refers to individuals or organizations that register and publish mini programs through the Mivra platform.
1.3 User: refers to individuals or organizations that use the Mivra platform and its mini program services (i.e., "You").
1.4 Mivra Platform: refers to the Mivra instant messaging software and its related websites, services, and tools.
2. Service Content
2.1 The Mivra platform provides technical support and a runtime environment for third-party developers to develop and deploy mini programs. Users can access and use these mini programs through the Mivra platform.
2.2 The specific functions and content of mini programs are independently developed and maintained by third-party developers. Mivra makes no express or implied warranties regarding the functionality, content, quality, or availability of mini programs.
2.3 Mivra reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate mini program-related services at any time based on platform operational needs, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
3. User Obligations
3.1 You shall comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. You shall not use mini programs for any illegal or non-compliant activities.
3.2 You shall not use mini programs to publish or disseminate any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable information.
3.3 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of mini programs.
3.4 You shall not use mini programs to interfere with or disrupt the normal use of the Mivra platform by other users.
4. Third-Party Developer Responsibilities
4.1 Third-party developers shall ensure that the content of their mini programs is lawful and compliant, and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights of any third party.
4.2 Third-party developers shall be responsible for the functionality, quality, and security of their mini programs, and provide necessary technical support and after-sales service.
4.3 Third-party developers shall comply with the Mivra platform's developer agreement and related specifications to ensure the stable operation of mini programs.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1 The Mivra platform will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Mivra Privacy Policy. Mini programs may additionally collect your personal information, subject to each mini program's privacy policy.
5.2 Third-party developers shall formulate and publish their mini program's privacy policy, clearly informing users of how their personal information is collected and used.
5.3 Without your explicit consent, third-party developers shall not provide your personal information to any third party.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Mivra platform (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, page designs, etc.) is the intellectual property of Mivra or relevant rights holders.
6.2 The intellectual property of mini programs belongs to the third-party developers or relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content of the mini programs without the permission of the rights holders.
6.3 If you believe that a mini program infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact the Mivra platform to file a complaint.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 The Mivra platform only provides the runtime environment and technical support for mini programs, and assumes no responsibility for the content, functionality, or services of mini programs.
7.2 Any disputes or losses arising from the use of mini programs shall be resolved between the user and the third-party developer. Mivra shall not bear any joint or several liability.
7.3 Mivra does not guarantee that mini program services will not be interrupted, and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by uncontrollable factors such as network failures or system maintenance.
8. Breach Handling
8.1 If you violate any provision of these Terms, Mivra has the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, function restrictions, suspension, or termination of services.
8.2 If a third-party developer violates platform rules, Mivra has the right to take measures such as removing or restricting access to their mini programs.
8.3 If a breach causes losses to Mivra or third parties, the breaching party shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation.
9. Amendment of Terms
9.1 Mivra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time as needed. The modified Terms will be published on the Mivra platform.
9.2 If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should stop using the mini program services. Continued use shall be deemed as your acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region where you reside. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction.
10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
10.3 These Terms shall take effect from the date you use the mini program services and shall terminate when you stop using the mini program services or when Mivra terminates the provision of services.
